If you were a manager, you would want to ensure that your employees are satisfied with the working environment, you cannot afford to have your employees rushing to the coffee shop to get a coffee, if you are a manager that considers the well being of your employees, you should ensure that they can get this coffee at work, whenever they want it and in whatever quantities they need it. Since this is such a big need by some employees, studies have shown that these employees feel much more cared for an appreciated by an employer that provides them with gourmet coffee in the workplace.
