Artichoke Chicken with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients: 200 grams of artichoke hearts, 200 grams chicken breast (skin removed), half cup low fat mayonnaise, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Procedures: Chop artichoke hearts and wash and drain thoroughly. In a bowl, mix artichoke, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Set aside. Place chicken breast side by side in a plastic wrap and pound to flatten. Scoop artichoke mixture and roll chicken breast around it. Place chicken rolls folded side down in a baking dish. Before doing so, make sure to lightly grease the baking dish with coconut oil to avoid chicken from sticking. Season the chicken wraps with salt and pepper before placing in a preheated oven. Cook chicken for thirty to forty minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Successfully completing the third phase of the Dr. Simeons HCG Diet is just as important as completing the first and second phases. It should be remembered that this is the home stretch, and even though the calorie restriction is gradually increased, one should not be complacent and go back to his unhealthy eating habits.
