What is a Rough N Tough issue without Hooked talking about the adrenalin-pumping activities that the thrill seeker in us love? Check out our list and try out these sports at your own risk!

1. Wrestling

The most brutal of all. Call it a performance or an actual sport, wrestling tops the Rough N Tough. Cage fights, royal rumbles, hammers and whatnots. Even pretending to fight can be painful, resulting in bloody and sweaty matches. The sport is quite entertaining to watch as well - from Undertaker's rising-from-the-grave drama to Shawn Michael's dancing and sweet-chain-music kick.

2. Rugby

Rugby is probably one of the most aggressive sports out there. There is more contact among players in this sport than any other. No helmets, no shoulder pads, no nothing. This is what guys call "a real man's sport". There was the Rugby World Cup, which took place recently. To watch these men pile up on top of each other, tackle and make a run for it, you have got to respect their performance. Especially when you see a guy with the ball sprinting to make his goal and WHAM! Suddenly, a Hulk-like-tackle brings him down. It must be painful.

3. Ice Hockey

Ice hockey is another really tough sport. It calls for balance on the ice, power to knock off your opponents and agility to make your shot. Plus the number of fights you have in an Ice Hockey match are endless and vicious. This sport is no child's play like it seems to be in The Might Ducks starring Emilio Estevez. It's a sport played by big, strong angry people (yes, both men and women).

4. American Football

Quarterbacks, football league, cheerleaders! Sound familiar? From a chick flick? Ha! This sport is much more than that. The buffed up players with their shoulder pads and helmets are suited up in armor for war. There is a reason for these protection garments - violence in the sport. Similar to rugby, yet possibly seen as more aggressive because of all the protective gears. The noises you hear in this sport are that of helmets smashing into each other, players breaking bones and roars of a warrior. American Football is clearly one of the top 10 tough sports out there.

boxing5. Boxing

Boxing is a sport that takes tremendous skill and power. It's a tough sport precisely because there are so many chances of contact between the two players. Although a team versus team sport may seem a lot tougher, a one-on-one sport is a measure of true strength.

These matches can be extremely brutal. Do you not recall the Bite Fight? What about Mike Tyson literally biting off Evander Holyfield's ear? Brutal or not? You decide.

6. Formula One Racing

formulaone        This is another brutal sport that doesn't appear to be vicious but is in fact extremely dangerous.

At the speeds in which these cars travel, one tiny mistake can set you off the tracks, flipping through the air and into a pile of explosive mess. You could also crash into the other cars, creating a roadblock from those coming behind and thus more injuries, explosions and debris.

F1 racing is about speed and driving skills, as well as control over the wheel. It's not easy, nor is it a dainty sport. It's hardcore!

7. Ice Climbing

No, this is not your conventional video game with those silly penguins and a climber with a pick. This is an extreme sport. Harsh because of the weather you have to deal with and the climate that you need to compromise with. Ice climbing is literally climbing anything made out of ice. This involves the use of ropes and harnesses for protection, but the chilled nature of the sport makes it quite a Rough N Tough feat.

8. Free Solo Climbing

This is basically rock climbing without any ropes or protective gear. One of the most dangerous sports, I might add. Depending on the size and nature of the "rock" (mountain) that you climb, this sport involves the most amount of risks. If you find a wrong foot-placement, then you could slide down the rock, crash against the sides and plummet to your death. Bone-breaking sport? I think so.

9. Skateboardingskateboarding

This looks like your average sport played by the next-door-neighbor kid but in extreme cases, it's quite dangerous too. Skateboarders skateboard absolutely anywhere and everywhere. On the ramp, on a railing, down a flight of stairs, up the side of a building, etc. It's insane! People can trip and break their necks! Although this is a solo sport, it's dangerous nonetheless.

10. Motorcycle Racing

This is another racing sport that plays for speed, thrills, adrenaline-rush and control. Without the control and balance of your bike, you can't possibly go ahead in the race, as you try to overtake each other, avoid tipping too far to the sides and adapt to changes in the road with different courses.

It is a sport where a lot can go wrong and you have to be on top of your game to win. Another dangerous sport with tremendous risks for the player. Hooked
